Selection Procedure
- Eligibility: Candidates who registered for NEET PG 2024 are eligible to choose their exam cities.
- Number of Choices: You can select four preferred test cities from the list available within your state of correspondence as mentioned in your application form.
- Allocation Process: The exam city will be allocated randomly based on the availability of seats in your chosen cities.
- Preference Not Guaranteed: The order of your preferences will not be considered during allocation.
- Alternate City Allocation: If none of your chosen cities have available seats, you may be allotted a test city in a nearby state based on seat availability.

The NEET PG 2024 exam will consist of a single paper with 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The paper pattern is divided into three sections:

- Section II: Physiology & Biochemistry (1/3rd weightage)
- Section III: Pathology & Microbiology, Pharmacology (including therapeutics, toxicology, and Materia Medica), PSM, Forensic Medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology and Other Subjects (1/3rd weightage)
