The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced the recruitment of 100 Assistant Managers in Grade ‘A‘ through the NABARD Grade A Exam 2024. NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024 is conducted by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) for the post of Assistant Manager in Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS). The application process will be online only through the official website www.nabard.org from 27th July 2024 to 15th August 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024

To be eligible for the NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

• General Stream: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from a recognized university.
• Post Graduate Stream: Candidates must have a Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university.
• Professional Stream: Candidates must have a professional qualification such as CA/CS/ICWA or Ph.D. from an institution recognized by the Government of India/UGC.

Age Limit

• The age limit for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024 is between 21 to 30 years as of 01 September 2024.

Physical Disability

• Candidates with a physical disability of 40% or more are eligible for reservation under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category.

NABARD Grade A Assistant Manager Selection Process

1. Preliminary Exam (Phase 1): The Phase 1 exam is objective in nature and consists of 8 sections.
2. Main Exam (Phase 2): The Phase 2 exam comprises two papers – Paper 1 General English and Paper 2 with subjects of ESI and ARD.
3. Interview: Candidates qualifying the Mains exam will be called for Interview round.
