Educational Qualification:
- For Assistant Manager/Confidential:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
- Proficiency in English and Hindi typing (40 wpm and 30 wpm respectively)
- For Finance Assistant:
- B.Com (Full-time with not less than 55% marks) OR
- M.Com (Full-time with not less than 55% marks) OR
- CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter)
- For Work Engineer/Civil:
- Full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 75% marks
Age Limit:
- Assistant Manager/Confidential: 40 years as of 01-09-2024
- Finance Assistant: 35 years
- Work Engineer/Civil: 30 years as of 01-10-2023
